Property & Community Manager
Location: Lodha Venezia Parel Mumbai
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Property & Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium residential community. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth property operations, deliver an exceptional resident experience, coordinate vendors, manage facilities, and maintain the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
Property Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the property.
- Ensure common areas, amenities, and facilities are maintained to premium standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
Resident Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents.
- Resolve resident concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners and tenants.
- Ensure high levels of resident satisfaction.
Vendor & Facility Management
- Manage housekeeping, security, landscaping, maintenance, and AMC vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and SLAs.
- Coordinate emergency repairs when required.
Financial & Administrative
- Monitor operational budgets and expenses.
- Verify vendor invoices.
- Maintain property records and reports.
- Support procurement and inventory management.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure statutory compliance and safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits.
- Coordinate fire drills and emergency preparedness activities.
Team Management
- Supervise onsite staff.
- Train and motivate operational teams.
- Ensure proper duty rosters and performance standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in:
- Residential Property Management
- Facility Management
- Hospitality Operations
- Luxury Residential Communities
- Premium Apartments/Villas
- Clubhouses or Resorts
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or Real Estate is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
