Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced PGT Chemistry teacher to handle senior secondary classes (Grades XI & XII). The role requires strong subject knowledge, practical application skills, and the ability to prepare students for board examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry as per CBSE curriculum (XI & XII)
- Plan lessons, practicals, and assessment materials
- Focus on conceptual clarity, numericals, and application-based learning
- Prepare students for board exams and support competitive exam basics (JEE/NEET)
- Conduct tests, evaluations, and doubt-clearing sessions
- Supervise and support laboratory practicals
- Maintain student records and participate in parent interactions
- Contribute to academic planning and school initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- M.Sc. in Chemistry (mandatory) + B.Ed. (as per norms)
- 2–5 years of teaching experience (CBSE preferred)
Skills Required
- Strong subject knowledge (organic, inorganic, physical chemistry)
- Ability to simplify concepts and teach problem-solving
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Student-centric teaching approach
- Familiarity with lab work and safety practices

- Participation in school events and academic activities
- Willingness to take prep classes beyond school hours
