Responsibilities:-
Job description:
- Manage all Statutory compliances: Obtaining Shops & Commercial Establishment Licenses (Labour Licenses), Factory Licenses, KSPCB Consents, Trade Licenses, Legal Metrology etc., Renewals of Licenses, Transfer of Licenses etc., Compliances submissions to the departments.
- Manage Office maintenance like Air Conditions, Furniture and fixtures, UPS, Batteries, Diesel Generator (DG), Transformers, Telephones, PRI lines, EPABX, Access controls, Photo copier, Projectors, Printers, Scanners, Water purifier, Water Dispensers, Televisions, DTH/Cable TV, Blinds, Signages etc.,
- Building Maintenance: Repair, Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing, cleaning, acid wash, rearranging, shifting and Glass cleaning, Stockyards maintenance etc.,
- Equipment Certifications, Factory Directors and labour Officer, Inspectors Compliances etc.,
- Insurance Claims like Glass Breakage, Vehicles Damaged due to Strom and Heavy Rain etc.,
- Attending Electrical Inspectorate Inspections, KSPCB Inspections, BWSSB, Infra. Audits, Inspections, Company and OEMs Audit.
- Sole responsible for smooth functioning offices, Showrooms (9 locations pan india) Travel agencies & hotel bookings.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
