Job Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of existing and potential property buyers/investors. Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries. Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial projects. Conduct property presentations and site visits. Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the sales, CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth booking and documentation. Assist clients with pricing, payment plans, loan processes, and documentation. Maintain accurate customer data and sales pipeline in the CRM system. Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare daily/weekly sales reports. Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
