Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer (Fresher/Trainee) to join our team in Wakad, Pune. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for design, understands user psychology, and wants to grow in UI/UX design.
You will work on real digital products, interfaces, and visual experiences while learning and developing your design skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create clean, modern UI designs using Figma
- Design layouts for web and digital interfaces
- Apply understanding of user behavior and usability
- Maintain visual consistency and design standards
- Collaborate with team members and implement feedback
- Continuously improve design skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- 0–1 year experience in UI design (Freshers welcome)
- Basic to good knowledge of Figma
- Good visual design sense and layout skills
- Understanding of user psychology / user-centric design
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow
Salary / Stipend:
₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on skills and portfolio)
