We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our frozen food product range. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, increasing brand awareness, developing distribution networks, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and brand-building activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Prepare marketing reports and present performance updates to management.
Requirements
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required.
