Job Duties
- Design Development: Create floor plans, 3D renderings, and material boards.
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction progress and manage labor.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Translate design blueprints into structural layouts.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials and workmanship against design standards.
- Client Consultation: Present design concepts and provide project updates.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors, electricians, and carpenters.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor project expenses and manage material procurement.
- Timeline Enforcement: Ensure milestones are met according to schedule.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and building codes on-site.
- Problem Solving: Resolve unexpected structural or design challenges immediately.
Required Skills
- Design Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.
- Project Management: Project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Material Expertise: Deep knowledge of finishes, furniture fabrication, and fixtures.
- Site Measurement: Precision drafting and accurate site marking.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written updates for clients and vendors.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to fix structural or design misalignments quickly.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
