- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
- Complete onboarding formalities and document verification.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate with operations regarding manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
