Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound franchise leads.
- Connect with prospective franchise partners and understand their requirements.
- Schedule and conduct F2F & virtual meetings.
- Travel Pan India for franchise meetings and business discussions.
- Manage the complete franchise sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Negotiate and complete franchise agreements.
- Achieve monthly sales, meeting and franchise closure targets.
- Maintain proper lead, follow-up and customer records.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales or Field Sales preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel Pan India is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
