About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to join our Electric Vehicle showroom in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, following up with customer inquiries, scheduling showroom visits, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone calls to promote electric scooters and EV products.
- Follow up on inquiries received from social media, website, walk-in customers, and marketing campaigns.
- Explain product features, pricing, finance options, and ongoing offers.
- Schedule showroom visits and test rides for interested customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer information and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the showroom sales team for smooth customer handover.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales. Experience in the automobile or EV industry is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software is preferred.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve sales targets.

Working Hours
- 6 days a week
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (or as per showroom timings)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
