Job Summary
Shri Sirisha Auto Pvt Ltd is looking for a Service Manager to oversee daily service operations, manage workshop activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead the service team to achieve business and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day service center operations.
- Supervise and guide service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and quality service.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor workshop productivity and service revenue.
- Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with parts and sales departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience: 4–5 years in Automobile Service Operations, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
- Graduate/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or relevant field preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.
- Knowledge of workshop management, service processes, and MS Office.
- Ability to work under targets and operational deadlines.
