Requirements:Minimum 1 years of on-paper Process Trainer experience in an International Voice Process Strong communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct new hire training for process/product
Prepare training modules, assessments, and certification plans
Identify skill gaps and run refresher trainings
Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback
Collaborate with operations for smooth batch transition
