Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed store targets, monitor KPIs, and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule sales staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and inspire the team to deliver industry-leading customer service.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee stock control, regular inventory counts, and restocking. Ensure valuable items (watches, ) are securely managed.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, address escalations professionally, and ensure an engaging, welcoming in-store experience.
- Reporting & Marketing: Monitor sales metrics to adjust local marketing initiatives and report store performance to regional management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the optical or accessories industry.
- Education: Typically, a minimum of a 12th pass, though a Bachelor’s degree is often preferred.
- Skills: Strong English communication, computer proficiency, team handling, and target-driven mindset.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with spectacle frames, lenses, contact lenses, and eye testing procedure.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
