Job Summary
We are looking for a Hindi-speaking Sales Executive to generate leads, engage with customers, promote products and services, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should be fluent in Hindi with strong communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and other channels.
- Communicate with customers in Hindi and understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with support and operations teams for customer onboarding.
- Prepare daily sales and follow-up reports.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and field activities when required.
Required Skills
- Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Good English/Telugu communication is an added advantage.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Sales, telecalling, business development, or customer-handling experience is an advantage.
- Candidates from Tirupati and nearby locations are preferred.
