Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard relevant content creators/influencers aligned with brand requirements
- Initiate conversations and build relationships with creators via social media and other platforms
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials with creators
- Maintain and regularly update data on Google Sheets (creator database, campaign tracking, etc.)
- Handle day-to-day communication via WhatsApp and other channels
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with creators and stakeholders
- Coordinate campaign execution and ensure timely delivery of content
- Replace and manage creators in case of drop-offs or performance issues
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external creators
- Stay updated with social media trends and suggest relevant creator collaborations
Working Hours: 11 to 7 pm
1 year of experience is preferred.
