Role Overview
We are seeking a result-oriented and disciplined Operations & Enrollment Executive who will take ownership of the admission processing phase after a student enrolls with the institute.
Once a student takes admission, you will manage the complete enrollment cycle — ensuring admission formalities, structured fee completion, and smooth onboarding into their respective classes.
This role requires strong follow-up skills, sales maturity, and the ability to handle structured conversations with professionalism and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Admission Processing & Revenue Coordination
- Take complete ownership of admitted students’ enrollment journey.
- Ensure timely completion of fee formalities as per institute guidelines.
- Conduct structured follow-ups for pending dues and installment schedules.
- Maintain clarity and transparency while communicating payment timelines.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for reconciliation and status updates.
Student Relationship Management
- Act as the primary operational point of contact post-admission.
- Guide students regarding enrollment procedures and next steps.
- Maintain firm yet professional communication to ensure process closure.
Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of admissions and payment status.
- Share daily/weekly progress reports with management.
- Work closely with the counselling team for smooth student handover.
Process Discipline
- Ensure zero delays in onboarding due to incomplete formalities.
- Maintain structured tracking systems for better efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales / Education Sales / Revenue Collection roles
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and process-driven mindset
- Confident communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Ability to handle payment discussions professionally
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM systems

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
