- Experience: Typically 1 to 7 years of hands-on healthcare quality management.
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Accreditation & Compliance: Drive preparation, documentation, and continuous adherence to Surya Hospitals Careers NABH, ISO, or JCI standards.
- Audits & Risk Management: Conduct routine facility rounds, clinical audits, and mock drills (e.g., Code Blue, Code Red) to minimize risks.
- CAPA & Incident Reporting: Monitor adverse events, manage Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and execute Corrective and Preventive Actions.
- Documentation Control: Update and standardize SOPs, policy manuals, and quality meeting minutes in alignment with leadership teams.
- Staff Training: Organize quality inductions and ongoing patient safety training for new and existing clinical staff.
- Data & Feedback Analytics: Collate departmental quality indicators, present monthly performance reports, and analyze patient satisfaction scores.
