Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses, career paths, and job opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound tele-calling for student enquiries and follow-ups
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counseling
- Maintain student enquiry records and follow-up status
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams
- Participate in admission drives, walk-ins, and promotional activities
- Achieve monthly admission targets (incentives linked to performance)
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (BA / BSc / BCom / BBA / BCA / Any Degree)
- Good communication skills in Malayalam & basic English
- Confident in tele-calling and student interaction
- Presentable, patient, and career-oriented attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel preferred)
