Job Summary
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure timely availability of materials across all outlets while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.

QSR/FMCG/FOOD ITEMS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory across outlets and warehouses.
- Coordinate with vendors and negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Track supply chain performance and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
- Prepare supply chain reports, forecasts, and inventory analysis.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Warehouse teams for seamless execution.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
Reporting To: Head – Operations / Director
Salary: As per company standards and experience.
