- Supervise the manufacturing and welding of helmet visors/faceguards using titanium, stainless steel, and mild steel.
- Ensure product quality, dimensional accuracy, and adherence to safety standards throughout production.
- Manage and guide welding operators, allocating work and monitoring daily output.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Maintain welding equipment, monitor material usage, and drive continuous process improvements.
