We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and ambitious individuals who are eager to build a career in Business Development and B2B Sales. This internship offers hands-on exposure to institutional sales, client acquisition, and school partnerships.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with the Business Development team to identify potential schools, generate leads, schedule meetings, coordinate product demonstrations, and support the complete sales process. This is a field-oriented internship designed to provide practical experience in institutional sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective CBSE schools within the assigned territory.
- Conduct daily field visits to schools to generate business opportunities.
- Reach out to Principals, Trustees, School Coordinators, and other decision-makers through cold visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments with school management.
- Assist the Business Development team in organizing and coordinating product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospective schools after meetings and demos.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM/School Tracker.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and partnership documentation.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with school representatives.
- Work towards achieving assigned lead generation, meeting, and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly partnered schools.

Eligibility
- Recently completed Graduation/Post Graduation in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and interacting with school authorities.
- Willingness to learn sales, business development, and client acquisition.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication is preferred.
Stipend & Benefits
- Monthly Stipend: Up to ₹10,000, based on performance and interview evaluation.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
