The Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Gurugram is ERM’s global operating backbone. It delivers business enablement services in Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial Operations to ensure ERM’s global business runs seamlessly, efficiently, and consistently.
At the GDC, you will:

What you'll bring:

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Automation-focused roles.
-
Strong hands-on experience with both Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
-
Proven expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices within multi-cloud environments.
-
Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS-native services.

Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
-
Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS).

Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, networking, and DevSecOps principles.

Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred:

Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Fabric.

Cloud certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-400, AWS Solutions Architect, or AWS DevOps Engineer.

Experience working in enterprise-scale, regulated, or professional services environments.

Exposure to shared services or global delivery center operating models.

Experience implementing automation, AI-enabled operations, or cloud governance frameworks.
Key responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain cloud automation solutions across Azure and AWS environments.

Build, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and repeatable software deployments.

Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, or CloudFormation.

Automate cloud provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and operational processes.
-
Review and modernize Power Platform workflows, including Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, to improve maintainability and scalability.

Collaborate with cloud architects, developers, and platform teams to embed automation into delivery practices.
