Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients who have shown interest in immigration services.
- Explain basic information about immigration programs (Study Visa, Visitor Visa, etc.) for countries.
- Understand client requirements and route qualified leads to the Visa Counselor or Sales team.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, or email to keep them engaged and updated.
- Maintain and update a daily call log and lead status in CRM or Excel.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to queries politely and professionally.
- Meet daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
- Maintain a good understanding of current immigration programs and offers to communicate effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in immigration or education consultancy.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented attitude.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience using Excel or CRM tools.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
