Role Description The Sales Associate will work at ReeMar Industries for Goa location in a full-time capacity, engaging directly with customers and supporting the sales team’s daily operations. Responsibilities include taking appointment of customers, understanding their needs, presenting product information, and recommending appropriate solutions. The role involves preparing quotations, processing orders, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support. The Sales Associate will help maintain the brand value of ReeMar Industries, handle basic inquiries, and follow up with leads to support revenue growth. This role also includes meeting assigned sales targets, providing feedback on customer trends, and participating in periodic training to stay informed about products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle inquiries professionally.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales effectively.
- Basic business communication skills, both written and verbal, for preparing quotations, emails, and simple reports.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
- Comfort using computers and common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, basic CRM or sales tools).
- Ability to work in Goa for West and South region and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
