Experience: 5+ Years in Fabrication / Sheet Metal / Manufacturing Industry
Salary: 35-40k
Key Responsibilities: Handle complete Cutting Shop operations Supervise Manual Cutting, Sheet Laser Cutting, Pipe Laser Cutting, Profile Cutting & Shearing Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved Monitor machine efficiency, material utilization & minimum wastage Manage manpower, shift planning & shop floor discipline Coordinate with Production & Dispatch teams for timely workflow Ensure safety compliance and smooth execution of operations
Candidate Profile: Strong experience in fabrication/manufacturing operations Knowledge of laser cutting machines & sheet metal processes Good leadership and team handling skills Ability to manage production planning and shop floor activities
