Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Industrial Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities in the construction and MEP industry. The candidate will be responsible for tracking upcoming builder projects, identifying key decision-makers, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan and identify upcoming builder, commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Research and collect contact details of key decision-makers such as Project Managers, Purchase Managers, MEP Heads, Consultants, and Contractors.
- Generate qualified leads through online research, industry portals, and field visits.
- Fix appointments with prospective clients for business meetings.
- Visit project sites and customer offices as required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Submit daily activity and visit reports to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on scheduled meetings.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Industrial Sales, B2B Sales, Building Materials, MEP, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, or related industries.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and internet research.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
Mandatory Requirement
- Must own a two-wheeler (Bike) with a valid driving licence.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in MEP, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Industrial Products, Building Materials, or Construction Industry will be preferred.
