Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Sell industrial tools, hardware, power tools, hand tools, safety products, and machinery spare parts.
- Provide product demonstrations and basic technical guidance to customers.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Maintain store displays, cleanliness, and product arrangements.
- Support inventory management, stock checking, and product replenishment.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement team for product availability.
- Build long-term relationships with industrial customers, contractors, workshops, and manufacturers.
- Handle billing, customer inquiries, and after-sales support.
Required Skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, email).
- Sales-oriented attitude with willingness to learn technical products.
- Ability to understand industrial tools and hardware products.
- Positive attitude and team-working mindset.
Preferred Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate
- Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial background preferred.
- Freshers with strong learning ability are welcome.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
