Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting talented OPT (Optional Practical Training) and CPT candidates for various specialized IT roles across the United States. Working during US business hours, you will serve as a crucial bridge between talented consultants and our diverse client requirements, ensuring a steady pipeline of skilled IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End OPT Lifecycle Recruitment: Actively source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified OPT/CPT candidates for various US-based IT positions.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize premier job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed), university networks, and social media channels to discover and engage with passive and active technical talent.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial phone evaluations, assess technical capabilities, verify communication skills, and evaluate cultural fit against client mandates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with US-based Account Managers and Sales teams to understand dynamic hiring requirements, client expectations, and fast-moving job orders.
- Relationship & Pipeline Management: Build and nurture a robust network of OPT candidates, maintaining long-term relationships to swiftly fill current and future technical openings.
- Immigration & Coordination Support: Guide candidates through client interview schedules, initial onboarding requirements, and coordinate closely with legal/HR teams regarding visa processing and compliance.
- ATS & Reporting: Maintain detailed, real-time records of candidates, pipelines, and recruitment activities within our internal tracking systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record as a Technical Recruiter specializing in OPT/CPT recruitment within the US IT Staffing ecosystem.
- Immigration Literacy: Solid understanding of US immigration pathways, specifically OPT, CPT, STEM extensions, and H-1B visa lifecycles.
- Tools & Portals: Hands-on proficiency with major US job portals (Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong ability to build trust and negotiate effectively with candidates.
- Shift Adaptability: Ability to stay highly self-motivated, organized, and productive during night shift hours.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
