Technical Sourcing
Source specialized components for robotics and dispensing machines.
Understand technical drawings and BOM (Bill of Materials) to ensure 100%
accuracy in parts ordered.
Ensure 100% correctness in material specifications, quantities, and revisions
while placing orders.
Coordinate with Design and Production teams to clarify technical requirements
when needed.
Vendor Development & Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, especially within the Pune industrial
hub and selected global suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to close cost-effective
deals.
Evaluate vendor performance based on Quality, Lead Time, and Credit Terms.
Cost Optimization
Perform Value Engineering by identifying alternative materials or components that
meet the same functional and performance requirements at lower cost.
Drive continuous cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or machine
reliability.
Inventory & Coordination
Implement best procurement and purchasing practices to optimize inventory levels
and reduce warehouse carrying costs.
Coordinate with the Production Planning team to prevent line-down or material
shortage situations.
Manage the "Inward Quality" process—ensuring that what was ordered is exactly
what was delivered.
Pay: ₹10,853.33 - ₹25,000.00 per month
