Key Responsibilities
- Contacting new leads on call/ email/ WhatsApp etc.
- Build and Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
- Manage sales pipeline.
- Executing online software demo.
- Converting leads to customers with required negotiation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing/technical) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field.
- CRM and B2B Sales Experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success .
- Strong negotiation skills.
