- Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions in online and classroom (ILT) formats.
- Train learners on Blockchain, Web3, Smart Contracts, Solidity, dApp Development, Wallets, NFTs, and related technologies.
- Deliver Web Development training covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frontend frameworks, backend fundamentals, APIs, databases, and deployment concepts.
- Conduct hands-on labs, coding exercises, assignments, and project-based learning activities.
- Mentor students in developing portfolios, projects, and practical skills aligned with industry requirements.
- Prepare learners for technical interviews through mock interviews, coding assessments, resume reviews, and career guidance sessions.
- Support learners in understanding industry trends, tools, best practices, and workplace expectations.
- Track learner progress and provide timely feedback and academic support.
- Collaborate with program and placement teams to improve learner outcomes and employability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong practical knowledge of Blockchain and Web3 technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Solidity, Ethereum ecosystem, Smart Contracts, MetaMask, Remix IDE, Hardhat, Web3.js/Ethers.js, and dApp development.
- Strong understanding of modern Web Development technologies and frameworks.
- Experience in delivering technical training, workshops, bootcamps, or academic programs.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners with varying skill levels.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub, APIs, databases, and software development best practices.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
