Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide assistance, and ensure smooth communication with clients and stakeholders. The candidate should possess good communication skills and a professional approach towards customer handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Provide accurate information regarding company services and processes
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups
- Maintain records of customer interactions and updates
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and communication
- Prepare daily reports and maintain proper documentation
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently
Qualification:
- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or client handling
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
