We’re Hiring! Branch Admin – Cindrebay Kannur
Cindrebay School of Design is inviting applications for the position of Branch Admin at our Kannur campus. We’re looking for a smart, dependable, and well-organised individual (male/female), who is comfortable managing the day-to-day workings of a design education centre.
This is an urgent hiring, and preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
Who are we looking for?
Someone with a natural flair for getting things done, keeping systems in place, and being the backbone of day-to-day office functioning. A team player who knows when to be strict and when to be supportive. Someone who is comfortable talking to students, staff, and parents – and can maintain calm even on busy days.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Location: Must be from Kannur and familiar with the city
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in admin/operations roles (preference to those from education institutes)
- Communication: Good English skills – spoken and written
- People Skills: Should be warm, approachable and firm when needed
- Software: Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Numbers: Should be comfortable handling small accounts, vendor bills, petty cash
- Digital Savvy: Able to work with emails, Google search, basic online tools, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administration and ensure smooth campus operations
- Maintain files, records, student data, and handle documentation
- Coordinate with faculty, staff, and vendors and Head Office
- Support the admission process and help with enquiry handling
- Assist in class scheduling and academic coordination
- Fee collection of students
- Handle inventory, purchases, and campus upkeep
- Ensure good communication between students, parents, and staff
- Keep the vibe of the campus professional yet welcoming
Salary:
₹20,000 to ₹30,000/month – based on experience and skillset
