Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and disciplined Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients over phone calls, explaining services/products, handling customer queries, and maintaining positive client relationships.
The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, confidence while talking to clients, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers
- Maintain good relationships with clients
- Follow up on leads and customer requirements
- Maintain call records and update customer information
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
- Handle customer concerns politely and effectively

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Fresher or candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply
- Knowledge of Hindi and English preferred

Salary
