Job Summary:
Felix Hospital, Noida is looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to manage and maintain Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within the hospital facility. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hospital/healthcare infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operation and maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
- Ensure smooth functioning of all critical hospital utilities
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and installations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor energy consumption and optimize system efficiency
- Maintain documentation and reports related to MEP activities
- Support facility upgrades, audits, and inspections
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 4–8 years in MEP operations, preferably in hospital/healthcare sector
- Hospital/Healthcare background is mandatory
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing
- Understanding of hospital infrastructure and compliance standards
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Vendor and stakeholder management
