Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training sessions for beauticians, salon staff, distributors, and sales teams.
- Deliver product demonstrations and hands-on practical training.
- Train new employees on product knowledge, usage techniques, and customer handling.
- Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and promotional events.
- Support the sales team during client visits and product presentations.
- Provide technical guidance on skincare, waxing, beauty treatments, and hygiene standards.
- Resolve product-related queries from customers and salon professionals.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and product manuals.
- Travel extensively across assigned territories for training programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salons, beauticians, stockists, and distributors.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Hands-on experience in beauty, skincare, waxing, or cosmetic products.
- Ability to conduct classroom as well as practical training sessions.
- Good understanding of sales support and customer engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kolkata, West Bengal
