We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our accounting teams by coordinating with colleagues, organizing client information, and assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist team members involved in client visits and accounting support assignments.
- Collect, organize, and verify financial data and supporting documents received from clients and field staff.
- Prepare working papers, schedules, and reports based on the information collected.
- Support the preparation and review of internal audit reports and management reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of client records.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Follow up with clients and colleagues for pending information and clarifications.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, audit support, or a similar role preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
