Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries, ensuring adherence to SOPs, knowledge articles, compliance standards, and other client-specific requirements.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree
-
Experience: 6 months to 3/4 years in general customer service roles or US Payroll or related HCM workflows.

Shift: Flexible with US rotational shifts (India night shifts)
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to navigate internal systems and tools

Solid understanding of job-specific processes

Good typing skills
