Barista-Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Café- Brotein Bistro
Location: Brotein Bistro- KP, Pune
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders politely
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
- Manage billing and basic cash/card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness at the counter and seating area
Barista Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, shakes, smoothies, and other beverages according to Brotein Bistro recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage station at all times.
- Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and related supplies, and report stock requirements.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards while preparing beverages.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Basic billing/POS knowledge preferred
- Café or restaurant experience is a plus
