We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Field Executive to join our installation, maintenance, and service team.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Inspections: Conduct routine visits to client sites to evaluate elevator performance, safety, and compliance with operational standards.Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on passenger, freight, and residential elevators.Client Coordination: Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and communicating repair statuses or estimated downtimes.Team Collaboration: Assist senior technicians and engineers with heavy installations, modernization projects, and major overhauls.Compliance & Reporting: Complete daily maintenance logs, safety checklists, and service reports via digital reporting tools.Emergency Response: Respond promptly to on-site breakdown calls and entrapment situations to ensure passenger safety and quick resolution.Qualifications & Requirement : 3 years of hands-on field experience in the installation, maintenance, or repair of elevators and escalators.Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read electrical schematics, and excellent troubleshooting skills.Mobility: Valid two-wheeler driving license and a willingness to travel extensively across the local region.Soft Skills: Good communication skills in Hindi and English; ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure
