Hiring: Unit Head (Hotel Industry)
Location: Bhopal
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Unit Head to lead our hotel operations in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a proven background in the hospitality industry.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on interview & experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations
- Manage team performance and staff coordination
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
- Handle revenue, sales, and operational targets
- Maintain quality standards and SOP compliance
Requirements:
- Experience in hotel industry (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage operations independently
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
