Sr. Engineer – Mechanical Maintenance (Pharma)
Location: Jarod , Vadodra
Experience: 3–4 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of Soft Gelatin Encapsulation machines and allied equipment.
- Handling plant utilities: HVAC, Chillers, Compressors, Dryer Unit, Water Systems, ETP & STP.
- Preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation (URS, DQ, IQ/OQ/PQ, FAT/SAT).
- GMP compliance, documentation, SOP adherence, and audit support.
- Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and downtime reduction initiatives.
- Coordination with Production, QA, and Engineering teams.
- Ensure EHS compliance and smooth plant operations.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of GMP, utility systems, and maintenance practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and team coordination skills.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
