Jewellery Store Manager – Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in managing premium jewellery retail stores. The ideal candidate should have proven experience working with reputed luxury or premium jewellery brands and possess excellent leadership, sales, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive sales performance, customer retention, and store profitability.
- Maintain visual merchandising and premium brand standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and store security.
- Handle VIP customers and build long-term client relationships.
- Prepare sales reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in jewellery retail, including store management experience.
- Prior experience with a premium/luxury jewellery brand preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills.
- Good understanding of jewellery products, customer service, and retail operations.
- Ability to manage targets, team performance, and store growth.
