Major Role:
- To attend and resolve customer complaints
- To do the installation as per schedule
- To ensure correctness of the instruments
- To abide with annual maintenance contract
- To collect, analyse customer feedback and identify, initiate appropriate actions
- Receive the customer complaint by phone call, visits, emails etc.
