Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Workforce Scheduling Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and production support of Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Scheduling solutions.
The consultant will work closely with HR, Operations, Payroll, and business stakeholders to design and implement effective workforce scheduling processes that improve workforce utilization, compliance, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Workforce Scheduling implementation and configuration
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions
- Configure schedule patterns, work patterns, shifts, scheduling groups, and self-scheduling
- Manage schedule publishing and workforce scheduling processes
- Integrate and support Oracle Time & Labor and Absence Management
- Support UAT, production deployment, troubleshooting, and post-go-live activities
- Participate in quarterly Oracle Cloud release testing
- Support global workforce scheduling scenarios and resolve complex issues
- Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and business stakeholders
- Provide implementation leadership and ongoing production support
- Required Skills & Qualifications✅ 5+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience✅ Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Workforce Scheduling✅ Strong knowledge of Oracle Time & Labor and Absence Management✅ Experience with work patterns, shifts, scheduling groups, self-scheduling, and schedule publishing✅ Experience with UAT, production support, and Oracle quarterly releases✅ Understanding of global workforce scheduling processes✅ Strong requirements gathering and solution design skills✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills✅ Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities,Preferred⭐ Experience with Oracle Redwood Experience⭐ Experience handling complex scheduling scenarios⭐ Global Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience⭐ Strong implementation and solution leadership experience, Interested candidates can share their updated CV to
