Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle the sale of small electronic appliances such as fans, irons, mixers, kettles, and other household electronics. The candidate will assist customers, explain product features, and help achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their appliance needs
- Explain product features, pricing, and warranty details
- Demonstrate small electronic appliances when required
- Maintain product displays and ensure proper labeling
- Handle billing, cash, and digital payment transactions
- Maintain stock records and inform management about low inventory
- Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass (Diploma preferred)
- Experience in electronics or retail sales (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of small electronic appliances
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer or POS system knowledge
- Ability to work flexible shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
