*Job Summary*
We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Senior AI / 3D Visualizer who can transform design concepts into stunning photorealistic visuals using advanced 3D software and AI-powered visualization tools. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, expertise in rendering, and the ability to mentor junior visualizers while maintaining Studio 5 Design's quality standards.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Create high-quality photorealistic interior and exterior 3D renders.
* Develop concept visuals using AI tools for rapid design exploration.
* Produce realistic still renders, walkthroughs, and animations.
* Collaborate closely with Interior Designers, Architects, and Project Leads.
* Apply accurate materials, lighting, textures, and furniture styling.
* Optimize render quality while meeting project deadlines.
* Develop AI-assisted mood boards and conceptual presentations.
* Ensure visual outputs align with Studio 5 Design's design philosophy and brand identity.
* Review and improve renders prepared by junior visualizers.
* Stay updated with emerging AI visualization technologies and rendering workflows.
* Maintain project files, asset libraries, and rendering standards.

* Advanced knowledge of 3ds Max
* Corona Renderer / V-Ray
* SketchUp
* AutoCAD
* Photoshop
** AI visualization tools such as:*
