HR Executive (Recruitment & HR Operations)
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our HR team. The role involves a balanced mix of 60% Recruitment and 40% HR Operations, supporting the organization's hiring needs while ensuring smooth HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and release offer letters.
- Manage pre-joining and onboarding activities.
- Maintain candidate and employee databases.
- Handle employee documentation and HR records.
- Track attendance and leave management processes.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the concerned team.
- Update and maintain HRMIS data accurately.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment and Operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, MS Office, and basic HR processes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
