About the Role
Video Editor Intern
We’re a fast-growing startup looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor Intern who loves storytelling through visuals. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work on real client and brand projects, build a solid portfolio, and learn directly from industry professionals.
This internship can convert into a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos, reels & social media content
- Create engaging video ads for Meta (Instagram & Facebook)
- Add transitions, effects, captions, motion text & sound design
- Work with raw footage to create high-quality outputs
- Collaborate with the marketing & design team for campaigns
- Follow brand guidelines and visual storytelling styles
- Research trends & edit styles for reels and ads
- Optimize videos for different social media platforms
Required Skills
- Video editing tools: CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects / VN / InShot
- Strong sense of timing, music & visual flow
- Understanding of social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
- Creativity & attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment
Bonus Skills
- Motion graphics & basic animations
- Experience editing ad creatives
- Basic understanding of digital marketing
- Portfolio or sample video works
