Role Description The Business Development Associate role at Mindenious is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the associate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, support lead generation efforts, and build relationships with educational institutions, industry partners, and other stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, communicating the value of Mindenious solutions to prospective clients, and supporting the development of strategic partnerships. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings based on market feedback, maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activities, and contribute to meeting growth targets. The role requires proactive engagement, regular follow-ups, and a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong presentation abilities, including creating and delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in lead generation and market research, with the ability to identify opportunities and analyze trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear, professional, and persuasive interaction.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a customer-focused mindset and collaborative approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest or experience in the education or ed-tech sector is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM systems) and willingness to learn new platforms.
- Candidates must have been gratuated in 2026 or graduating in 2027.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
